Wine and Spirits In the Woods

at Moonshadow on Halloween.

Join us as we explore the magic and novelty of our lives while tasting experimental wines, meads, elixirs, and other oddities from cellar, cave and apothecary, made with fruits and herbs growing in edible landscapes, gardens, vineyard, and forest.

Additional activities on this day of fun will include:
Ø  A tour of SVI at 3:00, including  hand-crafted solar powered structures and permaculture gardens
Ø  Kid Activities
Ø  Artistic and Musical Entertainment
Ø  Tent or shelter camping, and Sunday brunch

Come early, hike our nature trails, and bring a lunch or snacks to eat at one of our beautiful picnic areas in the woods.

Kid activities include forest play, a costume contest, and treat stations set up at each wine station.  Dress for the outdoors as you will be walking on trails.

This is a FUNdraising event for SVI.  A tax-deductible minimum donation of $25 per person/$40 per family is requested.  All proceeds will be used for our non-profit educational programs. Partial work trade may be available but must be arranged at least one week in advance.  Members 10% discount.  You may pay and also become a member at the door.

We encourage folks to spend the night. If you choose to do so, bring a tent, flashlight and bedding. Covered areas are available for camping in case of rain.  Sunday brunch will be provided.  Please leave your pets at home as we are a wildlife refuge.
