Big thanks to Trish W. for sitting me down and getting this recorded  
so I don't look like a complete idiot at my first SVI meeting as  
chairperson.

Talk about donors letters sent out. = Trish
Artists & Musicians-
Off/11- a band from Chattanooga-  have committed- Music
Scott Sullivan? - only with other musicians

SVI Board Meeting Notes: Feb 1, 2009
Attendance: Alex Fear, Asha Ironwood, Gilbert Everett, Stephanie Dyer,  
Jeannie Cerulean, Maya Crum, Jake Lewis.

Guests: Sandy Katz, Will Gilligan, Don Piggett, Sonia Campbell,  
Kendall Gray, Trish Woolbright, Jeff Rogers, Trey Henson, Josh Claunch.

This was a brief meeting because it occurred on the Visioning Weekend.

Chris Gilligan accepted a nomination and a vote to become the board  
President. Jake Lewis agreed to be secretary and record meeting notes  
in the future. Trey Henson and Jeff Rogers joined the Board of  
Directors. Kendall Grey and Trish Woolobright joined the Advisory  
Board. Gilbert moved to the Advisory Board (big thanks to Gilbert for  
being our president for so long!)

Next meeting is Friday March 13, 5pm, at moonshadow. Please join us  
for a meal and get-together during the evening. The main agenda item  
for the meeting will be Committes & Roles. Planning for the upcoming  
Wildflower Hikes, Shiitake Workshop and Food For Life will also be on  
the agenda.
