The severe drought and heat of the summer have given way to a much more pleasant fall at SVI. We had a bounty of rain during the last weeks of October to refill our pond, replenish our running springwater, and lift our spirits (and the spirits of our plants!).

The trees of the Sequatchie Valley and our cove are showing off their beautiful fall colors… but it’s a limited time engagement, so please visit us Nov. 10 for a tour of the gardens and buildings at moonshadow. We can promise cool temperatures outside, and a warm hearth fire inside.
