Book talk on the “True Costs of Animal Production” followed by signing and reception.

Panel discussion with Dan Imhoff 
Join Dan Imhoff and other experts in a discussion about the ecology, ethics, and economics of current industry animal food production practices and how changes in animal agriculture can move us towards a more sustainable and humane food system. 
Issues that will be covered include aspects of the Farm Bill, concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), antibiotics, water, feed, climate change, and the overall life cycle costs of animal food products.
Saturday, September 8th, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
