[Crewlist] Food for Life 2012: call for presenters

Very good ideas… 

While we do not yet have a list of presenters, we at least have a rough schedule.

Let me know if you will do a workshop: short bio, desc of workshop, and your preferred time.

I think we can safely assume the following workshops:
fermentation: kraut, wine/mead, jun/kombucha
canning & preservation
wild edibles / plant walk
we could also do a shiitake workshop and/or other simple mushrooms, perhaps Trey can help with this

Randall can possibly do a workshop? 
Stephanie do a workshop re: yogurt?
I will call Trey, Randal, Steph.
