Sequatchie Valley Institute would like to participate on pretty much  
the same level, and with pretty much the same footprint as the past  
few years.

SVI builds a booth facade from local straw and clay. Last year, many  
festival goers asked to participate in the decoration process, and the  
project attracted lots of attention as an interactive art  
installation. We'd like to formalize that process in 2010, and add it  
to the schedule... something like:
"Help local artists design, build and decorate a natural-built art  
wall in Planetroo."
