[Crewlist] BoD Meeting Sat Oct 11 at 4pm at moonshadow

Greetings Friends.

     Our next SVI Board meeting is this Saturday, October 11th, at 4:00 PM
Central time (5:00 Eastern time) at Moonshadow.  You are invited to
come up earlier in the day to Ulinawi and participate in some natural
building.  Those who show up early enough will enjoy cups of caffeine
and Keener meat by the pound.

at Ulinawi, meeting at 4:00, then merriment.

     This is an important meeting.  We will be inviting new members to the
Board of Directors.  As mandated by our by-laws some of our longest
serving Board members will be leaving the Board of Directors in the
near future and joining the Board of Advisors.  (After one year off
the BOD individuals may persue coming back on to the BOD.)  Please
invite and bring your prospective Board numbers.  Please confirm your
attedance and send me your agenda items.

     Here's the agenda so far: The Outreach committee will give us an
update on the planning for Wine in the Woods (an artist and musicians
are confirmed!)  Invite folks to join the BOD.  Explore filling Board
positions that will soon be vacated.
