[BOD] Board meeting Sept. 8, 11am CST

We won't be there.  I can't provide any finance details although I have kept
records in the checkbook upstairs in the office, with receipts, etc.  we
need board members who have :  time, money, useful intelligent advice and
want to reinforce our mission statements.

Good morning! I wanted to go ahead and confirm the details for our next SVI
board meeting. We're set for Sunday, Sept. 8 at Moonshadow. We'll get
started at 11am CST and finish by 1pm CST.

 

On the agenda so far:

 

1) Financial update - can someone please get acct balances and
deposit/withdraw details for SVI account this year? 

 

2) Wine in the Woods - date for this year and delegation of tasks

 

3) SVI as umbrella organization- what would this look like and what needs to
be done to set this up?

 

4) Board member recruitment- need more folks involved. Please come with some
ideas for new members.

 

5) Report of FFL/Bonnaroo- successes, $$?, # of people, etc.

 

6) Friends of the Forrest program report- success and plans for Fall?

 

Any other agenda items? 

 

Please let me know if you are able to make the meeting. I need to leave by
1pm, so please make every effort to get to Moonshadow on time so we have
plenty of time to get through the meeting.
