For a dry red, I like the elderberry/echinacea with osha root... it's not sweet like most elderberry wines, it's a very tasty and full bodied red... also very medicinal (antiviral). Our dogs and cats are basically farm workers, and they are extremely territorial... that's not to say we've never had animal visitors and guests... only long-term, committed residents have been allowed to bring or keep pets at moonshadow. Our sister community, Ulinawi, is a little more allowing of animal guests, but they have learned the hard way that pet visitors can wreak havoc (goats and chickens killed by dogs).
